This is the first feedback we received from client in 2021. We completed the implementation of TEEXMA LIMS for Huate Automotive at the end of 2020. 2 months after system running online, we made an interview with the lab supervisor of Huate, in order to have the feedback from our user point of view. Let’s see the story of this project:

Q : What prompted your laboratory to use the LIMS system?

A : Before 2019, there was no demand of LIMS in our laboratory. However, our main clients are OEM companies such as Mercedes-Benz, SAIC, General Motors and so on. These OEMs started to ask their suppliers to provide a complete laboratory management system to prove the supplier’s quality and ensure better service. After communicating with BASSETTI, we decided to implement a LIMS system to meet client’s expectation.

Q : What was the biggest challenge that your laboratory faced before having the TEEXMA LIMS system?

A : Before, all our experiment reports were in paper version. They need to be signed, scanned，and then sent to customers. At that time, our clients always complain about the low quality of paper reports, especially the unclear details of some pictures, which cause a lot of reworks. Nowadays，TEEXMA LIMS can automatically generate a PDF report containing an electronic signature and send it to our clients in the form of an electronic version, which solved the problem.

Q: During the cooperation with BASSETTI, how do you feel of our project implementation process?

A : The project implementation process was very good, the system launched very quickly, even less than a month.

I would give a big endorsement to the project engineers and manager who are in charge of the project implementation. They provided us with a high-quality service during the process. With deep understanding of our technical needs, they always reach our expectation instantly.

Q :Is there any plan for the further cooperation with BASSETTI?

A : So far, our laboratory management methods are completed and mature. TEEXMA LIMS has already met all our current needs. If the scale of our laboratory expands or customers have new needs in the future, we will discuss the possibility of project extension with BASSETTI
