TEEXMA® QMS Provides Paperless Solution to Ensure the Traceability in World Leading PVC Company



Project Overview


NAKAN is a global leader in PVC, TPE and TPO compounds for selected markets: Automotive interior, Automotive exterior, Healthcare, Packaging, Consumer goods, Building & construction. TEEXMA QMS (Quality Management System) has been successfully implemented in NAKAN plant in Changshu, China hoping to achieve a paperless solution and a better traceability. We proudly announce that currently the 1st phase of the project are closing. The main goal of this project is to help NAKAN to have a better Quality Management System to achieve their customer expectations.

What do you mean by a better Quality Management System? By this, we implemented a module based and customized software, adapting to their unique work flow to achieve a paperless and a better traceability in their manufacturing process.

TEEXMA® QMS is actively supporting NAKAN to achieve paperless solution covering their warehouse, quality control management, and their manufacturing process. After this successful software implementation, they are planning to extend the software to other branches in the group.
