As a technology company, they design innovative solutions for smart mobility, with a particular focus on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions. We have a long-standing relationship with this client and we collaborate effectively. 

The Challenge: 

Due to COVID-19, the client encountered difficulties in locating a suitable candidate. COVID restrictions between cities and protocols that kept on changing, meant arranging interviews become very difficult. This cause significant disruption to the HR department's efforts to identify the ideal candidate.
