Client Background:

Our client is an European Diagnostic specialist that focus on providing reliable and innovative technological solutions, such as reagent kits for laboratory diagnostics, immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics which including the covid-diagnostic kit, and many more.

The Challenge: 

In late 2021, our client has planned on expanding its market in China by opening its first factory in Shanghai, China. In order to keep the factory in operation in a rather short amount of time, the client would need a number of professional engineers to help run and maintain the factory as stepping stones for further R&D and manufacturing activities while their current recruiting power and headcount are limited.

The Solution
